Cancellations & Refunds

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 8-14 days before departure.
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 1-7 days before departure.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 4:00 PM the day before departure.
  • Refunds on compassionate grounds are at the discretion of Broome Aviation.
  • Broome Aviation reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Credit card payments may incur a surcharge of 1-5%.
  • All scenic flight prices are based on the Cessna 210 (5-seat aircraft).

Passenger Requirements

  • Children under 3 years must be seated on a guardian’s lap.
  • Carry-on luggage is limited to 5kg per passenger.
  • Passengers deemed intoxicated will be refused entry to the aircraft without refund.
  • Boarding the aircraft requires moderate fitness and mobility.

Tour-Specific Information

Horizontal Falls

This is a natural tidal phenomenon. Water levels cannot be guaranteed, but we will adjust flight paths and schedules for the best viewing experience.

Giant Tides

Powered by natural tidal movements, water levels will vary. During lower tides (neaps), the boat tour will explore the Pearl Farm and Joligo Beach instead.

Mitchell Falls (October – March)

From October to March, the Mitchell Falls tour will operate via Derby, as Mount Hart Station is closed for the wet season.

Hiking & Fitness Requirements

Bell Gorge: The 1km walk is short but steep. A moderate fitness level is required.

Cathedral Gorge: The walking track is low to moderate difficulty. Walking shoes are required due to sandy and uneven terrain.

Seat Allocations & Availability

Seat allocations must be confirmed at least 72 hours before departure. After this time, unconfirmed seats may be released for general sale.
